CHEF LAURENT MATHIEU

EXECUTIVE CHEF

Chef Laurent Mathieu was Born in Draveil (France) in 1962 close to Paris, He went to the hotel school in Vitry in 1976 and qualified in 1979 as a chef.

CHEF JERRY UMUTEME

OVERALL HEAD CHEF

Chef Jerry started his culinary career at the Transcorp Hilton in 1996 as a kitchen apprentice. His passion for cooking gave him the unique opportunity to be in the first set of the Hilton Kitchen Apprenticeship Program.

CHEF RASHIDA ADEYEMI

HEAD CHEF AT PASTRY/BAKERY

Chef Rashida Adeyemi was born In the Northern part of Nigeria. She started her journey as a chef in the late 80’s. She went to a catering school in Lagos and joined Transcorp Hilton Abuja in 1989 as a trainee. 

ELIJAH ONAH​​

BAR MANAGER AT PIANO LOUNGE​​

Elijah Onah started his career in the hospitality industry twenty-six years ago as a Restaurant Helper at Transcorp Hilton. He worked in several restaurants and banquets with different levels of responsibilities.
